Elasto Gel Therapy Wraps are available in a myriad of shapes and designs that will fit all parts of the body. This gives everyone the best fit to meet their individual needs. All of the products are re-usable and they will not dry out, become hard or change form. The sturdy four-way stretch cloth covers help the wrap to conform to any body part.
They can be used for both hot and cold therapy. Cold therapy helps reduce inflammation in injured areas. Heat therapy increases the blood flow to the affected area. Both hot or cold therapy will reduce the pain in your joints.
Elasto Gel therapy wraps stay cold or hot for between 20 and 40 minutes. They penetrate the muscles for fast and long lasting relief.
Elasto Gel therapy wraps are made of tough, flexible high glycerin gel that maximizes the transfer of therapeutic heat or cold to joints, muscles and soft tissue.
Directions for Cold Therapy
- Place the gel pack in the freezer for at least 2 hours. The pack can safely remain in the freezer until it’s next use.
- Once froze, remove the pack from the freezer and place it inside the cloth cover. Close the compartment. Apply the compression wrap. Secure by attaching the elastic strap.
- The gel pack will remain cold for around 30 – 40 minutes.
- It is a good idea to keep an extra gel pack in the freezer so you always have one handy.
Directions for Heat Therapy
- Heat the pack inside it’s cloth cover
- Fold the pack in half.
- Heat in the microwave for 20 seconds on each side
- To improve the uniform heating throughout the entire pack, unfold the pack and refold in the other direction after heating on the first side. Heat for an additional 20 seconds.
- For additional warmth you can heat again in ten second increments. However, NEVER MICROWAVE LONGER THAN 20 SECONDS AT A TIME TO AVOID BREAKING THE GEL PACK.
- Be sure to wait at least one minute before applying the gel pack to your skin.
- The gel pack will maintain hot therapy for 20 – 30 minutes. When the pack is no longer hot it can be reheated in the microwave at ten second increments. Be sure not to overheat.

The Elasto Gel neck wrap provides therapy for minor muscular and soft tissue neck. The collar is flexible and will conform to the shape of your neck and shoulders. It is held in place with a Velcro hook and loop closure.

A cranial cap is primarily used as cold therapy to aid in relief with headaches. It can also be used to help cool down after a vigorous workout to maintain over-heated body temperatures.
Available in two sizes, Small/Medium and LG/XL. To determine which size you need, take a flexible tape measure and measure your forehead to back of the head. That equals inches. Take the number of inches and divide by pie (3.14). That will equal your hat size. The LG/XL is a hat size 9 or larger.
